Marketing Agency Creates New Logo and Identity for Business Organization
WILTON, CT - HEH Associates, a Wilton-based marketing and branding solutions firm, has been selected to support the worldwide launch of QuikClot™, a breakthrough product with the potential of saving thousands of lives.
Z-Medica LLC of Newington, CT, has named HEH Associates as its agency of record, with responsibility for providing strategic marketing support for its line of hemostatic (blood clotting) agents as well as fulfilling all of the company's marketing communications needs.
QuikClot is a patented product developed by Z-Medica that induces almost immediate clotting in severe bleeding wounds. This stabilizes the victim until medical help can be provided. It has significant implications for saving the lives of the 250,000 worldwide victims of traumatic injury because it can be easily and safely applied by first responders to accident and crime scenes It has received FDA approval and is already in use by U.S. military forces in Afghanistan. It will soon be available for home and veterinary use.
Popular Science magazine has selected QuikClot as one of its "Best of What's New" products for 2002 out of thousands of products evaluated.
